this bespoke programme has been carefully designed to challenge and grow our managers’ behavioural skills and boost their impact in their teams
spread over a period of 12 months; six 2-part modules on topics such as ‘communication, influencing & assertiveness’, ‘managing people performance’ and ‘inspirational impact’ have been completed
we have been amazed by the dedication shown by all managers who have managed to balance the rigours of their full time jobs whilst completing this programme - well done everyone who took part!
