We spend so much time getting to know you. It's only fair you get to know us too!

With that in mind (and because it's Christmas) we have a special double interview for this month's blog - talking to the top ladies at escabeche.

First off, we've got Ness!

1. Tell us what you do at baresca/escabeche?

I am the General Manager at escabeche, working with heart & soul.

2. What is your favourite dish on the menu?

Tiger prawns with sugar snap peas, honey & chilli. That may change, though, as I’m working through the new menu to discover a new favourite.

3. If you were stranded on a desert island and could only take three things with you, what would they be and why?

- Swiss knife, has various tools and blades on it which would become very useful

- Sunglasses, I literally can’t live without them. I wear them whenever I can.

- David Attenborough, to keep me company as he would be so interesting to talk to about his travels & the planet, and ultimately would kill the boredom!

4. What is your favourite song ever?

Tom Gaebel “It’s a good life”

5. What is your favourite sangria flavour?

I love a good old classic sangria

6. What advice would you give to someone looking to work for the Baresca tapas family?

Embrace the opportunity that’s been given to you and most importantly embrace our company & family values

And now, Lucy's answers!

1. Tell us what you do at baresca/escabeche?

I am Deputy General Manager

2. What is your favourite dish on the menu?

Crispy sticky px beef

3. If you were stranded on a desert island and could only take three things with you, what would they be and why?

- My dog Odin, for company and to help with any hunting in the future

- A waiter's friend - as a multi-tool as it has a nice bladed edge also

- A Bear Grylls book of survival.

4. What is your favourite song ever?

Easy! My first dance song... Devin Townsend - ih-ah!

5. What is your favourite sangria flavour?

Mai tai - tropical flavours to remind me of my honeymoon in the Caribbean.

6. What advice would you give to someone looking to work for the Baresca tapas family?

Let your personality shine through, match this with integrity, respect, honesty and show you are willing to grow and learn and this will help you grow with the Baresca family.

Put in what you want to get out of your career and you will be rewarded and nurtured every step of the way.

Instead of simply ordering a takeaway, you can get involved in the Space Waves cooking and recreate the Baresca experience in your own kitchen.

From Maharashtra, I generally prefer gaming reviews that discuss the actual platform structure rather than making broad claims. The game categories, navigation, account area, and interface are all useful things to examine. Someone researching 91club game can use these details to understand how the platform is organized. Arjun also mentioned that current information is important because menus and features may change after updates, so older descriptions should be checked before relying on them.

Football Bros is the kind of browser game you can jump into without spending ages learning complicated controls. The matches are quick, the competition keeps things exciting, and scoring a goal always feels rewarding. It is especially enjoyable when you only have a few minutes but still want some football action.
